PRE-COLLECT PROGRAM:  Each program can be tailored to meet the client’s unique application.

BAD DEBT COLLECTIONS: All accounts are worked on a contingent basis. If we do not collect there is no fee charged. Additionally all accounts are worked from our call centers based in the United States and are never outsourced.

CREDIT REPORT: With the client approval, accounts may be placed with a national credit-reporting agency.

SKIP TRACING: AFS utilizes the industries top skip-tracing programs to ensure we do everything possible to locate our client’s patients.

MEDICAID ELIGIBILITY: AFS will search for Medicaid coverage on your uninsured bad debt accounts, verify and confirm the available coverage is applicable to your outstanding service, and file the claim to 7Medicaid on your behalf.

TRAINING: Our training programs consist of Compliance, Fair Debt Collections, HIPAA, front/back office collections, policy implementation and mentoring. Best of all we provide these programs free of charge to our clients.

TECHNOLOGY: AmeriFinancial Solutions provides collection services utilizing the latest technology enabling us to give our clients innovative collection solutions. Partner companies include Ontario Systems and LexisNexis.
